
Meet with apprentices weekly or bi-weekly document meetings and coordinate information sharing, with referring agencies. Work to develop leadership opportunities at FHF, explore post apprenticeship employment and education opportunities. Develop apprentice employment goals, rewards and disciplinary structures for skill attainment and retention. Partner with Farm and Program Manager to create, support and monitor work-based learning opportunities that fully integrate apprentices into day-to-day farming activities.
